- For all recipes, load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to
- manufacturer's directions. Bake on white bread setting unless otherwise
- indicated. "Yeast" refers to active dry yeast.

- salt 1 t 1 1/2 t
- whole-wheat flour 1/2 c 2/3 c
- bread flour 2 c 2 1/3 c
- yeast 1 1/2 t 2 1/2 t
- dried sour cherries 1/3 c 1/2 c
- almonds, chopped 1/3 c 1/2 c

- Bake according to manufacturer's instructions,adding the cherries and almonds
- during the raisin-bread cycle, or five minutes before the final kneading is
- finished.
- note: If you can't find dried sour cherries locally, try American Spoon

- Hints: Use small curd, lowfat cottage cheese.

- cucumber, pureed 2 1/2 T 1/4 c

- Cucumber should be peeled, seeded and then pureed. If the feta cheese is
- packed in water, drain well. Finely chop black olives. The recipe can be made
- with the regular and rapid bake cycles.

- Do NOT chop the walnuts as they almost disapear if you put them in at the
- beginning of the cycle. (they still taste great) But if you add them at the
- raisin/fruit beep chop them up a bit.
